The Tailwind Series · AI at Work

Your people already use AI.
Now they should be good at it.

“Tailwind: Working Productively with AI” turns casual users into confident, productive AI practitioners — measured on the tasks of their own role, not on theory. Adaptive: everyone learns only what is actually missing.

HR evidence
documented AI competence per person

Not “understanding AI”. Using AI.

The course starts with a workplace profile: role, tasks, pacing, communication load. From there, all examples, exercises and exams are phrased in that person’s work world — the buyer practices on quotations, the team lead on her jour fixe. Value is measured in the currency of the role, not in buzzwords.

  • Placement interview instead of one-size-fits-all: prior knowledge gets skipped
  • Every block with an exercise on your own real case — scenarios only as fallback
  • Every module ends with a practice case, assessed against fixed criteria
  • Tool-neutral: ways of working instead of product training — stays valid when the tool changes
  • Data protection & company rules from module 1 — not as an appendix
  • Checking routines against hallucinations, bias, number slips
  • A personal prompt library & weekly routines as lasting outcomes
  • HR sees verified competences — never conversation contents

Six modules — everyone gets only the ones they need

The placement assembles the personal path. Whoever masters prompting starts at analysis; whoever already verifies deepens routines.

Module 1

Understanding & Safe Use

What language AI can and cannot do — and what may go in.

  • Strengths, limits, planning for hallucinations
  • Data protection & company rules, effective anonymization
  • Your own task list: suitable / partly / unsuitable
Module 2

Prompting Craft

From the lucky one-liner to a reliable brief.

  • The four-part brief: context, task, format, standard
  • Iterating instead of re-rolling; examples & style guides
  • The personal prompt library
Module 3

Texts & Communication

Mails, summaries, reports, translations — in your own voice.

  • Generating drafts; the sender stays responsible
  • Condensing with a checking eye; minutes from bullet points
  • Switching registers: internal/external, expert/lay
Module 4

Analyzing & Deciding

Interrogating documents instead of reading them — with an evidence duty.

  • Querying contracts & quotations, demanding sources
  • Tables & figures with a counter-check rule
  • Research with fact-checking, decision memos
Module 5

Processes & Routines

Turning single wins into a weekly system.

  • Spotting recurring tasks — the best AI candidates
  • Worksheets, checklists, meeting workflows
  • The personal AI toolbox with triggers
Module 6

Quality & Responsibility

The module that turns usage into competence.

  • The 2-minute checking routine for every AI result
  • Recognizing bias, requesting counter-positions
  • Team rules & staying at it monthly
Article 4 EU AI Act · AI Literacy

Your AI-literacy measure under Art. 4 — properly evidenced

Since February 2025, Art. 4 of the EU AI Act obliges all companies using AI to take measures fostering their staff’s AI literacy (since the 2026 Digital Omnibus explicitly an obligation of effort, not of result). No particular certificate is required — but whoever takes the duty seriously wants to evidence their measure traceably, role-appropriate instead of one-size-fits-all. Exactly that is what this course delivers:

  • Role-based instead of blanket: placement and learning path per person — tailored to role, prior knowledge and context of use, as the spirit of Art. 4 intends
  • Content congruent with the Art. 4 themes: opportunities & limits, risks, data protection, bias, human oversight and the duty to verify
  • Participation and competence evidence per employee — with assessed practice cases instead of click-through quizzes
  • Audit-ready documentation for HR: who, when, which competences verified

Note: the AI Act provides no official certification of trainings — nobody can issue “AI-Act-certified”, and Art. 4 requires no guaranteed competence level. What this course delivers is a documented, role-appropriate fostering measure including competence evidence. Not legal advice; clarify your specific obligations with your legal department.

Editions for business functions

Per company, the course can be extended with professional editions — starting with the Sales Edition: an extra module “AI in the sales process” (CRM & pipeline hygiene, quotations & follow-ups, objection sparring with pressure levels, pre-meeting research) that appears only for customers with the edition enabled. Further editions (HR, procurement, assistance) emerge on demand — talk to us.

Who it is for

For all knowledge and office roles — from clerk to division head. No prior knowledge needed: whoever starts at zero gets the foundations; whoever prompts daily enters directly at analysis, routines and quality. That is exactly what the course is adaptive for.
